Because you did not reply in a timely manner when we were emailing back and forth. Also, you knew for THREE weeks what I wanted to do to the footer and on the third week you finally told me that was not possible with the layout I had and it was the same layout I had for the 3 weeks. Oh, do you want to add the part about when I let you log into the site you DID NOT make the changes I wanted you to make. Instead, you put your tempLate up which completely deleted everything I had. I do have documentation of all my claims if it is needed.
