Not Receving Submissions / Notifications

    Hi,

    I want to use the multi-step form in one of my sites and I came across this plugin and installed on my staging website to check everything works fine ,but I found that the submission process works just fine, but I am not getting the email of submission like I do receive the emails in contact form 7.

    I tried the SMTP, but still, I am getting emails.

    Can you please help me to solve the issue?

    hi,

    please make sure to double-check your “Send-to” and “Additional Headers” settings for the form. Also, make sure that all of the section headings and step descriptions have been filled. We need to reproduce the error on our systems in order to fix it. Please report back if it worked for you.

    Hi,

    We have double-checked my “Send-to” and “Additional Headers” settings for the form and also make sure that all the section headings and step description have been filled out.

    We have rechecked it and still, we did not receive the email notification.

    Can you help to solve the issue?

    Please try sending an administative mail like the one you get when creating a new user…did that work?

    Hi,

    Yes, the administrative mail is working fine,
    but the form notification not and we have double checked it but still not receiving the mail of submission.

    Can you please help to solve the issue?

    Hi,
    sorry to hear that. At this stage i cannot go any further without more information. Please ask your administrator or provider for more help.
    You can try deactivate all plugins except the MSF and switch back to a standartz theme. Maybe that helps to debug and to find out where the conflict is.
