Not receiving new user notification

    Hi there!

    I have a website http://globalhelpswap.com that has 2 types of members. Volunteers (helpers) and charities (hosts).

    When either sign up I do not receive a new user notification. I would like one to welcome them to the site. I have checked that my e-mail address is correct in settings.

    Any help would be really appreciated.
