Not receiving emails

When I leave the admin e-mail to our website email at info@setmasters.com, I am not receiving any emails even though I see it submitted in the plugin. But when I change the admin e-mail to receive it at my personal email @gmail.com, it works.
Is there a reason it won’t work with my website domain email?
