Not Receiving Emails

    I think event entries have been sent to our former website developers’ email instead of mine. How do I re-route those emails to me so I can set up access?

    Hi @dmcinty ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You can update where form notification emails are sent by editing the form and going to Settings » Notifications. From there, update the Send To Email Address field with your email address and save the form.

    If you’re referring to entries that were already submitted in the past, WPForms Lite does not store form entries, so we wouldn’t be able to recover or reroute previously sent submissions.
