I just tried to submit the form (The “General Enquires” one) and while submission seems fine, I didn’t receive any e-mail too.
I understand that you already have e-mail notifications set in Form settings but since you are using SMTP can you please check “Advanced” tab of each of the notifications that you set and make sure that the “From Name” and “From Email” options are not set to name/e-mail different than ones configured in SMTP plugin?
Try either setting them exactly as in SMTP configuration or leaving them empty. Then check the same for “From Headers” section on “Forminator -> Settings -> General” page.
If it’s already set this way (either empty or same as SMTP configuration) or it doesn’t help, please export the form and share it with us so we could check and test it on our end.
To share exported form it’s best to put exported file on Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account and just post a direct link to it in response below.

I’ve tested the form on my test site and the email arrived immediately, without any issues. I’m using a SMTP plugin as well.
Some SMTP plugins have an option to enable logging, if needed you can also use this one to check if there’s anything out of ordinary: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
Also, do the emails arrive correctly if sent to a different account?

I am also not receiving the emails submitted through our website. I am using Forminator as a booking form. It worked once yesterday when I first created the form, but no emails are coming to me since. It says it is submitting and gives me the reply.

Even though the ticket sounds similar this is more of a site-specific issue.
If you don’t have a ticket with us and if you are have already tried the existing suggestions mentioned above and still face issues then would highly recommend you to open a new thread with us:

It would be better if we could troubleshoot your concern in a separate ticket. Trying to troubleshoot on another user’s ticket will cause miscommunication.
