Not receiving e-mail notifications after first test

I have used your forms plugin on 2 websites, on each website, I send a “test” inquiry with my email address and it goes through the FIRST time only.
I need to make sure if, for example, I send multiple requests from the same computer/device that they will all go through due to my repeat customers. They show in the submissions page as logged but anything after the first submitted form, will not show up in my email even if I change the email address on the form. Maybe it’s only allowing one submission per form ID? Tried filling out the contact form from my iPhone and it won’t show in my email either but shows under “view submissions” when logged into WordPress. My other site also shows submissions I never received in my email from real customers which is lost business. Please advise ASAP, thank you!
