    Well For some reason, I am not receiving the email with the authentication code. The email listed in Users > Two-Factor Options is correct. The email option is also enable and is set as Primary.

    The emails are not arriving in the inbox or going to the spam folder. I’ve requested the email be resent on the login page, but it never arrives.

    What are your suggestions to get the email option to work?

    If you haven’t setup your WordPress site to use your SMTP host credentials then that will be the issue in why you are not getting emails. You can configure WordPress to use your servers SMTP mail server with a plugin or without a plugin. You can also use a plugin to connect to a SMTP mail provider. Both ways will help with mail deliverability and should resolve your issue.

    I am encountering the same issue but with my mobile phone. I have set up a two-way authentication to protect my website by sending the code via mobile. unfortunately, i’m not getting it. because of this, i am not able to login into my account.

    Can someone please help me as I need to update my blogs?
