    PayPal’s fee is 39 cents + 2.9%. There’s no money in your account, because your order total was for 5 cents. The amount of the fee is greater than the amount collected (this is shown on the total breakdown)

    If you want money to appear in your account, the minimum order would need to be roughly 40 or 50 cents.
