There seems to be a misunderstanding here. The free plugin works somewhat separately from your active paid subscription. With a paid plan, please create your widgets directly on our website, as only those will support the premium features (such as auto-updating). Once created all you need to do is embed it on your website. If you have any further questions on this, please reach out to us via email at support@trustindex.io.
