not reachable by contact form

Hello,

I have send you a reqiest throught your contact forms about the help you offer nonprofits. First through your nonprofit contact form 2 weeks ago and then through your regular contact form last week, but haven’t had a reply of confirmation that you received my request. Just wanted to check if you are having issues with your contact form.
