Not pulling in the Featured Image

My Twitter large summary card is not pulling in the featured image set for my posts. It pulls in the secondary graphics that may be embedded in the body of the post.

How can I get it to always pull in the featured image even if there happens to be more images in the post?

Note the featured image at the top of the post http://blog.visitsandiego.com/2014/02/money-talks-convention-center-cfo-teaches-lesson-in-finance/

Is different than what is pulling in to my twitter card.
