    What would be your url, your host, such details… You know, our crystal balls don’t work all the time… 🙂

    Do you expect to notice any changes via FTP after publishing the post?
    Assuming that you browse the correct location via FTP you potentially find new files uploaded in ../wp-content/uploads, but only if you attached media to the post or added featured image.
