not posting tweets

I have the latest version of this plugin. For some reason it does not post any tweets when I am not on the wordpress page. For example if I am in my wp-admin revive post settings page it posts. But if I turn my laptop off. It doesn’t post the next post. 10 hours later I turn my laptop on and when I click the plugin settings page I check my twitter and a new tweet is posted.

Otherwise when I log on my wp-admin plugin settings page it stops posting…
