    Hi there. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I’m not sure what happened… but you can always delete the files manually. You will need either FTP, or you can use your hosts cPanel, to gain access to your server files.

    Once there, navigate to the “wp-content/plugins/” directory. Inside that directory, you should see another folder named “ultimate-tinymce”. Simply delete that folder; and the plugin will be removed.

    Please let me know how you do.
