@mrmckee – Sorry for the delay. Have you tried the [popup_trigger] shortcode or the Popup Maker button in the editor toolbar?
In any case if the trigger isn’t working as you have it only 2 possibilities. The popup is not loaded on the page due to its conditions, or there is a JS error on the page preventing it from working properly.

We did get behind on our free wordpress.org support requests, but to be clear we don’t guarantee any support here, only via our support form on our site (works for free users as well), or in the plugins in dash help & support page has a form as well. Which we answer every day.
The last few weeks though were spent getting our latest version prepped, tested & documented prior to its release next week. Was a 8-9 month update so pretty massive undertaking to bring it to a close.
