Not logging email addresses

    Hey all,

    Not sure what is going wrong. Downloaded and installed the trio of plugins (download monitor; email before download and Contact form 7), everything is installed correctly, it requires the email to download the file, sends emails out before download, BUT…. it is not logging any of the details.

    Has anyone come across this? Any help would be really appreciated. I am running wordpress 3.9.1

    Hi Jvid,

    In some and maybe most cases this happen if you modify the default CF 7 fields. Make sure you didn’t change the ‘your-email’ field to something like ’email’.

    Had a look at the CF7, still says the normal “[your-name] <[your-email]>”

    Everything else seems to be working.

    I was having trouble with this too. I was looking in the Download Monitor plugin log, but then discovered the log here:
    Settings > Email Before Download at the top

    My downloads show there. Have you tried that?
