    This is the first time I’ve seen this kind of issue. To move forward, please first check the WooCommerce status page and your WooCommerce logs. If you see any fatal errors, warnings, or deprecation notices, please upload them to PrivateBin and send us the link. That will make it much easier to pinpoint the cause.

    In parallel, I recommend running a quick conflict test:

    1. Switch temporarily to the Storefront theme and check if the styling tab appears.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    3. Check again if the tab is visible.
    4. If it works in this minimal setup, re-enable your plugins one by one and check after each step. This will show exactly which component is blocking the plugin UI.

    Any output from the browser console is also helpful.

    Currently, I do not see any image attached on our end. Please upload the screenshot to a direct image link (for example, using your media library or an image hosting service) and send me the URL so I can open it.

    In addition, can you let me know the outcome of the conflict test you ran earlier. Specifically, does the issue still occur when only WooCommerce and PayPal Payments are active and a default theme like Storefront is enabled?

    If possible, please also copy and paste the exact console error messages as plain text. That makes it easier to search for known issues and see where in the script the problem starts.

    Once I have the image URL, the conflict test result, and the raw console errors, I can give you much more precise next steps.

    From what I see, the Styling tab is actually showing its full content on your site. So unless I am missing something specific you expected to appear there, the tab itself is loading normally.

    If there is a particular styling option you think should be visible but is not, just let me know which one?

    It’s not visible the preview, in the box on the right. As you can see it is empty and does not show what the keys would look like depending on the style chosen.

    Got it, true. Can you confirm if the preview stays blank even when all other plugins are disabled and the default Storefront theme is active. If it is still empty in a clean environment, then the preview script itself is failing before it loads.

    Once you confirm the result of that test, I can check the next steps.

    we tried to turn off anything that might interfere. It happened to us on other sites too but clearing the cache or refreshing fixed it. On this particular site, however, nothing works.

    Yes, cache is usually the main reason for this behaviour, since the settings screen is rendered through a full React interface and any cached script can block the updated state from loading.

    If this site still shows the issue even after clearing all caches, then there is almost certainly a conflict. Please temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.

    Once you know whether the problem appears in this minimal setup, we can move forward and identify the exact source.
