Not lining up on mobile

    Hello,

    The map is not lining up or showing the markers when viewing on mobile. I have to drag it over to view the markers. How can I get the markers to show without needed to drag and find?

    I believe you have your map set to “not draggable”. That’s preventing it from re-centering itself for smaller screens. Try disabling that and let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

    It is set to draggable and you can view it in landscape position, but not portrait. Any idea how to get the pins to show when viewed normally, in portrait position?

    Hmmm… it should work fine, but I am noticing that you have an API error in the code at the moment as well. It says that the API key in use isn’t authorized for use on that domain. I would first remove any domains from your API key and test with that. Once that’s working as expected then try adding your domain with various formats per our documentation here:

    Thanks so much for the information! I believe I’ve fixed that API error, but the problem is still there. Unless I grab and drag, you can’t see the markers. I’ve even deleted one of the markers so the only 2 that remain are close to each other.

    Anything else I’m missing? Thanks so much!

    For some reason the draggability is being disabled on mobile devices. It’s draggable on desktop, but not on mobile, and I believe that’s why it’s off-center.

    Please deactivate all plugins besides Maps Builder. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

    If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

    Sorry, I did disable all plugins except Maps and the issue was still there in all browsers.
