This is strange, this should work. Check the format please.
I have checked the format, and it’s the same file we’ve been using we just add the new info.
Maybe other plugin. This plugin is working perfectly in thousend of sites. Nothing about it has changed.
Can you be more specific?
I’m using the same format we’ve always used, and it’s always worked. It shows it’s importing the email but it’s not showing once you go to Users. See below for how the spreadsheet is set up.

Anyway, look at the documentation first column is Username and second one Email.
You have password as second column.
The format changed some months ago (maybe some year ago). Maybe you were using old version (please update ALWAYS sometimes we fix some security bug).
