Menu Bar – now fixed in dev version; maybe you tested — https://github.com/bueltge/Adminimize
Tools, tools.php work on all tests on my side
Black Box Setting &
Bulk Optimise — is not a page, see it on the hint on the settings. Maybe the plugin have not a default way to include this. Is not easy for Adminimize zo hide this. Maybe via Custom Options.

Hi
1) Menu bar is fixed with latest updates. Thanks. 🙂
2) I use a few custom roles with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/, to create some roles.
3) If you create a few custom roles, and then ask it to hide menu items it’s not doing it properly. For many of them!
E.g. install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/ and then try and hide this from a user with certain role.
There are about 6 menu items that it won’t hide for custom roles.
4) https://wordpress.org/support/topic/2-quick-questions-4?replies=10#post-6711395, I still can’t use the dashboard redirect. Not sure why I can’t access it. Any ideas?
4. You have deactivated the dashboard on the menu option of an or more roles?
If yes, then can you set the redirect on the “global options” – works this?
Check this with deactivation of all other plugins and use a default theme, maybe a problem from a other plugin.
3. I have install WP Optimize, one menu item as last. After resave of the Adminimize settings is the menu item in the options of Adminimize and I can hide this for all roles. Can you check this again.
2 + 3
Maybe you have access for me, that I can see it live.
Maybe I found a issue, bug.
I think, the problem is always the same, if it was delete the editor role.
Currently I debug on other installations and always is this the problem.

Great News! If there is anything else I can assist with let me know!
Hi Frank!
Thanks for your wonderful plugin, I used it a couple of times – lots of tools available and it works great!
However, I also noticed that if you disable some core WP user roles (editor / author / contributor) the menus become visible despite being hidden with Adminimize.
Any news regarding this particular bug?
Thanks,
Ciprian
