Not getting the e-mails via the form

    Dear Developers,

    I just got an e-mail, from one of my to-be customers, that they got an error message, and their contact infos haven’t been sent to me, because it got an error.
    I tried it on my smartphone, and it also showed me the same message. I updated this plugin, and this problem still occurs.

    I tried it, and it shows the message, that says it is marked as spam (I changed the spam error message, to figure out which problem is it), even if I fill it with my own real data.

    If I try it with computer, it works fine.

    I have a second problem, too: I don’t get some of my requests. I just found out I got a request on 9th februar with real data, but got no e-mail with it.

    Side info: I can see that it has been sent to me twice, on 2026-02-09 19:13:30 and on 2026-02-09 19:13:18.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I’m using Mantra (3.3.2) theme.

    These are the plugins I’m using. I’m not a pro, just a regular user.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam, Flamingo, Site Kit by Google and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Thank you for the help. The problem was the “Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA” plugin.
