Hi @munachu,
Sorry to hear that!
Just to clarify, could you let us know if you’ve managed to successfully configure a SMTP plugin on your site?
In case it helps to share, we have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
Once you’ve configured the plugin, you can send a test email from within the SMTP to check if the settings are correct.
Please let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Hi Ethan,
As I stated earlier, I’ve tried all the fixes already posted on the forum. The test message from the plugin works but not from my website.
Hi @munachu,
When you get the chance, could you share a screenshot of your form notification settings so we can take a look?
Thanks!
Sure, Here’s the Screenshot
Hi @munachu,
Thanks for the details!
For the form notification to take on the email delivery settings of SMTP plugin, the From Email field in the form notification settings must be set to the same email address as the email used to set up the SMTP plugin.
It looks like you’ve set the From Email to {admin_email}, which is the WordPress administrator email. To see the administrator email, in the WordPress admin area go to Settings > General (here’s a screenshot).
When you get the chance, could you check to see if the email address in the form notification settings matches the From Email in the SMTP plugin?
Thanks!
