Not getting Password Reset Link

    Hi All,

    I forgot the email address and username I used when I installed wordpress on my site. I went into the php code from C panel and changed the username to an email address I have. I was then able to start the PW reset process. It said on the admin log in after I reset the pw, that a confirmation link would be sent to my email. It never came. It has been 1 day.

    I then found the original username I used, entered that on the reset PW option from the Admin page, and again it told me a link would be sent to my email , and it never came.

    Any thoughts?
