Hi Arminds,
Unfortunately we don’t offer support on the WHMCS module 24/7 so it may take a few hours to get back to a ticket.
I have sent a response to your ticket, which was referring to stylesheet related issues.
Regarding the HTTP Error from the bridge – checking your site I see you have sorted it out? I assume it was just an incorrect URL Setting in the bridge?
Please continue to follow up using our ticket system as it is the most reliable area for support. This is more aimed at community support for the free version.
Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding the HTTP Error it wasn’t sorted out, you need to order any VPS and on the configuration page the order summary will be empty “Which is the first issue”, then when you click Checkout the HTTP error will raise.
This happens on both portal and default WHMCS templates.
Waiting your feedback.
Shady
Hi Shady
What WHMCS Order Form Template are you using?
The error is showing on “Modern” order form template.
Thanks – are you able to enable debug on the WHMCS addon as well as the WP plugin and then perform the action to generate the error and then send me what is in the debug log from your WP plugin admin?
Please submit the log in your support ticket as it will contain information relating to your installation.
I tested the same using vertical steps template and there was no error.
What is wrong with modern template?
The only template with known issues is AjaxCart – we are using modern on our own installation and have not had issues, so it must be something else – please submit your debug log.
Hi Arminds,
I see the error now on your site, it is outputting that it is returning a 404 error when trying to reach:
https://[removed]/portal/cart/cart.php
If I go to https://[removed]/portal/cart/cart.php I get a 404 in my browser. Are one of your settings referring to this URL? (the [removed] is your domain name, not the IP).
