Not getting e-mails

    Greetings,

    I’ve installed Contact Bank V1.5 for the 1st time. I created a sample form and set the e-mail settings for the form. I put the form in a page using the shortcode provided [contact_bank form_id=1]. I go to that page and the form shows up. I enter the information in the fields and press ‘Submit Form’ button. It seems to work. The entry shows up in the ‘Forms Entries’ but I never get any e-mails. I check the spam & Junk Mail folders and the e-mails aren’t there either. Any ideas?

    Hi hammerhead2048,

    Did you selected the form first from the dropdown on the email settings Page and then saved the settings?

    Also, did you have the email control on your form too?

    Same problem. Installed version Contact Bank 1.7.2 on WordPress 3.8. Created a form and filled out email settings, but receive no e-mail.

    Hi Juraj,

    We downloaded the latest plugin and looked to settings, everything looks fine.

    Can you share us your login details with us at captcha.bank [at] tech-banker.com so we can check what is the issue stopping emails. This would be helpful for other users as well, because it works simply fine on our ends.

    Hi,

    Kindly install the new version 2.0. This bug has been fixed here

    We have changed the way short-codes work now!

    So, old short-codes won’t work. You need to do the following :

    You just need to go to your Page/Post where you want to implement it and then above your Text Editor/ WP Editor, there would be a button called Contact Bank. Once you click on it, you can generate your short-code easily and quickly.

    Downloading the new version didn’t solve my problem. I just started using word press, and I am having the exact same problem and I already have the update version of the plug-in. I get the emails in the form entries, but I don’t get them in my email. Can someone help me remedy this? Thanks!
