Hi, is it normal that only log in users receive the confirmation message that the email has been sent in their browsers?

This is definitely not normal. Are you using a caching plugin on your site?

yes, i use wpengine hosting cache

That is most likely the culprit! You should either add an exclusion for the pages with forms or it might work to add an exclusion rule for the submission cookie, called af_submission.

I excluded the page from cache ! Thanks alot
