What steps have you taken to send the Gift Card and do you use any of the premium extensions that I offer? Do the gift cards get created and just not send? or are they not even creating?
I’ve created the gift cards as products – and they can be purchased – but I believe nothing is being created. When I go to woocommerce –> gift cards, nothing is there. Additionally – I purchased one myself and filled out the forms to send it to myself and nothing was sent.
I do not have the extensions, no.

It sounds like it is working correctly. The plugin will allow you to sell and use the gift cards however with just the free plugin, you will need to create the gift card manually. The receipt will have the Gift Card data on the card.
If you are wanting to have the card created automaticlly, you would need to add my premium extension that creates the card. You can get it at the link below.

Hi Ryan,
I have purchased the Auto Send premium extension but I am having the exact same issue as cited above. I created a Gift Card under products, completed a test transaction, and said to send the gift certificate to me. I never received an email, nor is the gift card present under “Gift Cards” in woocommerce.
