Hi,

I’m using duoservers to host my domain of http://www.a2zaccessories.co.uk.

I installed the online word press 3.5.1 application.

The URL provided by wordpress after the install always gives me not found errors.

http://a2zaccessories.co.uk/wordpress

Not Found

The requested URL /wordpress was not found on this server.

Please advice on how I can resolve this issue.

Are all WP files and folders in the directory /wordpress?

Try: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

I was following the other more manual installation but then the file manager will not let me create a new “wordpress” folder in the root location. I get an error message saying I should contact the support team.

Have you contacted your hosting provider?

I contacted my host provider and they resolved the issue.
