I did everything that it told me to do and i tested it and it says server error can anyone help me? Need it up and going

Upload everything change what it told me to change then i open my browser with my web address/install.php and it come up with server not found

I have the same problem with my new website hosted on Byethost free servers with a WordPress CMS. But their support is only addressed to premium members…

i’m still looking for other host to host my new php but the ones that i find they say that they support php but they don’t or your breaking their rules.
