When I try to add my shop, it says that it doesn’t exist. I get the error message “No Such Etsy Shop: but it does exist:

Please let me know the shop name. If you refresh the page and it still doesn’t work, please install php error log monitor plugin for WordPress.

Can you check the API keys you entered? Maybe you confused the keystring and secret?
