• I have the latest version of Woocommerce. On my checkout page, it will not give customers the option to enter their Shipping Address. I want them to do this because I need this information. I selected the option “Default to Shipping Address” under my shipping settings but that doesn’t work either. How do I fix this?

    Very odd indeed!
What version of WooCommerce are you currently using?
What shipping method(s) do you have enabled?

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options and in the ” Shipping Destination” option you can select “Default to customer shipping address” or “Default to customer billing address” that will display the Shipping Address, but if the cart contains only virtual products, will display by default only the Billing Address.

I already have “Default to customer shipping address” and all products are variable and there is STILL NO shipping address option… Please advise.

Disregard my last. I had not setup full shipping zone option, shipping address now shows up.

Any way to allow shipping address to appear when virtual product is selected? I’m offering gift cards for meal deliveries and through postcode restriction, purchasers outside can’t buy them for those inside. Any suggestions for a workaround?
