Not disabling in db

I have just started using this plugin to remove autoload elements. It seems that altough they are disabled in the admin area when I look at db they are still enabled ? Am i missing something? Please advice. thank you.

Hi @squaremunkey — you were exactly right, and sorry for the trouble. “Disable” was updating the plugin’s list but not actually changing the autoload flag in the database (a WordPress short-circuit when the option value is unchanged), so options showed as disabled while still autoloading. Fixed in v1.6.5 (just released). After updating, open the Enhanced Autoload Manager page once — it will automatically correct any options you’d previously disabled so the database matches what’s shown; you don’t need to redo anything. If anything still looks off, reply here and I’ll jump on it. Thanks for the report!
