Not blocking YouTube video

    Hello. I have a problem with Complianz not blocking videos from YouTube that I have embedded on the site. The videos are embedded on the site via WP Bakery Builder.

    Please advise me how to solve this.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Have you already tried to enable the YouTube Service in Integrations > Services? This will block all YouTube videos and apply a placeholder before consent.
    If you have already tried that and had no luck, this issue often arises from how the site builder implements YouTube, which can sometimes interfere with our service application. In this case, you could try to troubleshoot this by using the “Block a script, iframe or plugin” feature of the script center to block it before consent, using “www.youtube.com” as the URL and checking “Enable Placeholder” while targeting the div used on the video, such as “ytp-cued-thumbnail-overlay”. This might not be the right one, so you will need to try different options to find the correct one.
