Not Applying product categories

    Hey
    Wordpress:4.3.1
    Woocommerce: Version 2.4.10
    WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On: Version 1.2.5

    I’ve uploaded around 453 products with this importer and i most admit that the plugin is pretty good. But i’m having some problems with importing my categories. The plugin does recognize the categories in my csv file in the edit import “mode”. But when importing it doesen’t apply categories on around 200 of my categories. Is there anything i can do?
