Not access to full dashboard

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my Dashboard: I am missing all the buttons in order to create and edit my website

    I moved my wordpress website from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, bought a host domain (Bluehost)

    I could edit the content of my website for a few days, and one day I connect to it and all the buttons are gone
    The only buttons available on the left hand side bar are:
    – Dashboard
    – Jetpack
    – Profile
    – Collapse menu

    Do you know where the problem comes from?

    Hi @timefliesus,

    What you are seeing is profile on the left menu side. If you are administrator you should see users.

    Are you sure you have the correct role to add/edit stuff?
    If so, did you make a multi-site installation or single wordpress installation?

    How can I know if I have admin rights?
    I think I had access at some point in order to start creating my page (website not active)

    I am confused and lost.
    Is there any expert I can talk to on the phone?
    I dont see any other help than the forum
