Not able to upload themes

    When I go to Appearance > Themes, I am not able to upload a .zip file of a theme that I downloaded from WordPress.org. Why is that? I’ve been searching everywhere for ‘Add new’ or ‘Upload theme’ and it is no where to be found! Help!

    And I’m pretty sure I’m using 3.9.1 but not able to tell that, either.
