Not able to save a mapped pdf

    Why do I get an error message that says, “An unexpected error occurred, please try again” when I try to save the mapped pdf. It also gives me the same message if I have not mapped the pdf.

    Could you check your php error log to see if it says something about the issue please? If you are not sure how to get this log your hosting/server support can help you get it for sure.

    There is nothing in the PHP error logs.
