Not Able to Post any Text

I am so frustrated right now, and could really use some help with this, as NO one can seem to figure it out Here’s briefly what happened:
I was hacked with a virus, but got that cleaned out
before or after when I went to update plugins it shut down edit post functions
Now I can’t add a photo, link, or any text into the post field.
I can add the text but when published nothing comes up
Plus both Visual & HTML display buttons are showing at once on my post page ?!?
