    first of all, WordPress[.org] is not WordPress[.com]

    WordPress[.com] is a WordPress hosting company.
    WordPress[.org] is the WordPress software.

    If your site is hosted on WordPress[.com], please contact WordPress.com support for your issues.

    If your site is self-hosted using WordPress[.org], then login via /wp-admin is correct.
