Not Able to Import Database

I am trying to move my blog from GoDaddy WordPress Hosting to CPanel Hosting. I installed WordPress on the new server, and replaced the wp_content directory. I was having some database issues, so I just deleted all of the tables in the new installation, and then tried to import my database backup from the WordPress Hosting.

I keep getting an error: 1273 – Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci’

I’ve been looking online and I’m not able to find a solution to fix the problem, but the best I can come up with, is that the WordPress Hosting was using 5.6 and CPanel is using 5.5.

I contacted GoDaddy and they told me it would be impossible to move the database, and they refuse to upgrade my server to 5.6.

So I have no idea what I’m supposed to do.
