    Hi there,

    Are you sure backups are failing despite the error?

    Hello Owain,
    Yes the backups were failing, both in the “Tools” section of our WP site and in the directory. However, we are now getting full backups in our directory.
    In the “Tools” section, I seem to remember we were able to download a zip file of the backup…but now it only allows me to delete the message that the backup was performed.
    I know you guys are working on the issue…your efforts are appreciated.
