Hi Martin. Thank you for your feedback. Can you inform me what plugins you are using besides myCRED? Are you trying to install this on a new or existing site?

I have tested myCRED with WPSuperCache without issues.

Hi again Martin. Just installed WP Super Cache on a test site and ran the myCRED installer without any issues. If you could send me some details of your website, plugins used and the settings you entered under “Step 1” of the installer, I would be more then happy to try and replicate your installation and see what might be the issue here. You can send me these details on our Bug Report Page.

Hi, kind of the same problem as Martin except, I don’t have the whitescreen issue. On step two, I get edit settings capability field with manage_settings filled in and this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function template_tags_general() on a non-object in …/plugins/mycred/includes/mycred-install.php on line 532

Hope that helps, looks like this is going to be a great plugin.

Man, you’re fast! 🙂 Just installed it and will check it out. Looks great so far!

    Hi there!
After installing this plugin and started some setup and configuration on a wpmu site … i have all the back-end pages blank … with top bar and sidebar menus still there and any link goes to a white page …
I have landed here in search for an answer and after reading this post i have found that I have a simillar problem…
    I have thought that I could provide a list of plugins but … hey .. 😀 I can’t access it 😀
So … the only weird thing is that i have menus and blank pages on all links except for wp-admin/network/plugins.php this one 😀 it’s all blank.. no menus no top bar no nothing … not even an error message ..
On the server apache error log … -nothing …
Ofcourse I have removed the plugin from wp-content but … as far as i used seemed to be …. really something else …

hmmm … now i have noticed something else …
Reading the first entry of mine does not let the impression that i want …
I have installed the plugin and for a while .. like 15 minutes … it worked …
He did let me make some settings, everything worked like a charm and then…
I wanted to swich account to see how others see … and I used User Switching … after switch some listings seemd to dissapear … like the user list … I have had fewer listed users on the user list …
And then the crush … and all the white pages …

So … after deleting the plugin I was again on the users page and … I have noticed that the users that disapeared with the plugin wore the users with “No Status” status on the WangGuard Status 😀
Oh yeah … I have that plugin too … 😀
I will try and delete those two plugins but I wonder if … is there a connection …

Now … I know that in debbuging any info is a great resource …

Hey. Thank you for taking the time to report this. Could give me some details about your setup? What plugins are you using, what is your WP version?

WP Version 3.5.1 … configured as WPMU with subdomains feature (not folders) and unfurtunatelly I can not give you the list of modules because… my wp-admin/network/plugins.php still does not show a list …It gives me an 500 internal server error…
It’s the only page that give me that error… And till now with this error on plugin list I did a plugin update so… in the back … it works …
Somehow I have this error on the plugin list … I suppose that I have to FTP connect and delete some more of my plugins untill I will have access on this page …
    Hmmm…

Hmmm… deleted plugins like User Switching – plugins.php not showing
Deleted some other plugins still have that error 500 …
Deleted Wanguard … and suddenly this page listed my plugins …
In the excitement … installed myCRED and… plugins.php dies again in error 500 … 😀

    Working ….

If you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php do you get any error messages?

    working…
Tested that too and … the 500 error is from site exhausting php resources …
It seems that every time I try to protect some security plugin my plugins.php dies …
Only on security plugins tested by now and on myCred …

I will try to make a copy on one of my production servers and … give all resources I can and then … watch to see Why? 🙂

    One stupid question maybe …
In WPMU … I can install this plugin and activate-it on individual sites … and it works … the crush only happen when I try network activate …

    Is there a connection?
