We have tested the latest version 7.3.0 from our end, and the Norwegian translations are working correctly.
Could you please share a screenshot of the Loco Translate settings for the Print Invoices & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce plugin, showing the Norwegian translation and the translation status?
It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the invoice showing the untranslated English text.
This will help us compare your setup with our test environment and investigate why the translations are missing after the update.

I don’t think you’ll find any help in the Loco Translate settings as they looks identically for the version 7.1.2 which the patch you provided, – for the class-hooks. See earlier dialog.
I did a compare of the changed files between 7.3.0 and the working 7.1.2
I did a blind shot replacing the core/helpers/class-templates.php and voila, – all the norwegian was back. Everything else in the plugin installation is from the 7.3.0 code.
I would imagine that it is not only norwegian translations which are affected.

My patch didn’t work that well, – so I have reverted back to the working 7.1.2 version.
The translation was wrong, – and the orders “lost” the attachements.
