Noob question… Hidden Title floating middle… help?

So I hid the title of the blog and the tagline so I could just add it to the header image I’m working on, but the middle column has now floated up to fill in the missing space.

I assume there is somewhere I can set up some pixel spacing to fix this, but I can’t seem to find it, I’m a CSS noob and haven’t quite wrapped my head around it.

the site is 2012poll.com the theme is called disciple and it appears that any help or support is defunct since the links go to a dead page.

Help is mucho appreciated.
