    Hi,

I have used your Google Site Kit plugin to connect Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Tag Manager works fine, but the Google Tag Assistent shows “Non-standard implementation” under Where to optimize.

Before using Site Kit I tracked Analytics through Tag Manager. I have paused this tag. As far as I can see there are no other connections with Analytics.

    Any idea what going wrong?

    Regards,

    Marijn

@lovebrands It looks like you have Analytics setup fine, although I understand the reporting using the Tag Assistance extension can be confusing at present.

For additional information on this notice it appears as a result of Site Kit usage of the Google Tag Manager implementation for Analytics, which follows best practices.

You can check whether the Analytics snippet if firing by using the Analytics real time report. It’s best to check from a browser incognito window if you have logged in users excluded from reporting.

Let me know if you have anymore queries on this.

@lovebrands Just to let you know that future versions of the Tag Manager Chrome extension will correct this notice. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
