• This gets really frustrating. I’m really looking for a WP theme with Top Navigation menu and Right simple sidebar. I have a table with a sort function and I need the theme custom width ( fixed ) because responsive layouts won’t let the table work on mobile ( it works but it’s either not all visible or very large compared to the mobile layout width ).

Now I decided that people have larger screens on mobile devices now so I don’t need a responsive theme, so I looked for non responsive ones, with fix width ( custom width via CSS ).

The problem now is that although the table and the width show very well on the mobile device, the text will only have about half width of the content box. Everything else works fine except the text.

So if this is how the post should have lookd with normal width.

    This is how it
    looks on the
    mobile device

Everything else seems fine, images get centered well.

What I’ve noticed is that when the phone loads the page, it loads it zoomed on the top right corner and it makes the width of the text full screen. So when I zoom out, I can see the rest of the site, but the text looks deformed.

This isn’t a problem with only 1 theme, I’ve tried 10’s , some have this thing, some don’t, so I don’t think it’s the phone.

Non-Responsive layout means it should act like on a PC right ?

I would post a ScreenShot now, but I’d like to keep my website confidential. If there’s really a need and you guys don’t understand from what I’m typing, I’ll bring shots, not 1 but more.

I’d really appreciate it if you could help 😀

    Thanks
