Non Product Specific Reviews

    Hi

    This is a pre-sale question. I want to be able to have paid customers review our general service rather than specific products. Our Specific products are just forms of payments (e.g. Monthly or Annually), and these often change. Therefore my concern is, if I delete a product, the reviews will laos be deleted, along with it. Is it possible to have reviews set for all products or the service, somehow?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to review general service. There must be specific products to be reviewed.

    We are working on new functionality for adding questions that are not specific to products on review forms. This should be available in the next 1-2 months.
