Non existing emailadress

This plugin imports bookings from external systems and adds “ics@<mydomain.com>” as e-mail address (which is by default a non-existing emailaddress!!).
Then the Booking plugin start e-mailing all these newly imported bookers.
So there’s a whole bunch of e-mails going out to to a a non-existing address! And that just drives my hosting provider mad!
Why would you automatically add a non-existing e-mailaddress?
