    Hi, posting a message here as I contacted support through the plugin last week and haven’t heard a response, nor is my ticket showing up on the ‘Support’ section of your website.

    I am a BackWPup Pro user, order #46093.

    After installing the plugin and uploading a .zip file to restore my sites, it is asking for a decryption key. However, the archive is NOT encrypted. I have verified this by unzipping it on my computer without any problems. Also, I have used this exact same backup to successfully restore the site previously without needing to provide a decryption key. Could you please advise?

    Additionally, one of the features of Pro is the ability to restore directly from Dropbox. I couldn’t find any mention of how to do this on your site, nor can I find this in the plugin, even after adding my Pro license API key. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
